Amber Seidel, SLP

"Amber received a Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Memphis (consistently ranked one of the Top 10 programs in the nation). She joined Therapy Steps in 2019 after several years with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Prior to moving to Georgia, she worked as the Clinical Director of Pro-Speech , Inc. in San Diego, CA, serving clients in the clinic, schools, and skilled nursing facilities. In Memphis, she worked in the LEAD (LeBonhear Early Intervention and Development) Program. Amber has extensive experience as a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist serving primarily the birth to 8 population in a variety of settings with a wide range of diagnoses and disorders. She is PROMPT-Trained and has expertise in the areas of apraxia, autism, articulation/phonology, language, pre-literacy, and feeding. Amber lives in Midtown and loves spending time with her Boston Terrier Bernie, taking acting classes, perusing antique stores, and watching re-runs of Law & Order SVU.
